Research and Advocacy Coordinator @ Culture Identity and Resources Use Management (CIRUM)
Pham Van Dung is from the Kinh ethnic group in Vietnam. For over 20 years, he worked with ethnic minorities and mountainous communities in Vietnam and Laos. He currently works at Culture Identity and Resources Use Management (CIRUM), as a Research and Advocacy Coordinator. His expertise is on law and anthropology. His work experiences relate to indigenous knowledge and development, gender, community customary, forest land rights, responsible cross-border investment and community eco-tourism.
