Jennifer is currently the Executive Director of the Indigenous Peoples of Asia Solidarity Fund (IPAS), beginning May 2024. Before that, Jennifer worked in Jaringan Orang Asal SeMalaysia (JOAS), holding the positions of National Coordinator for Indigenous Peoples and Self-Determination in Malaysia and the Local and International Relations Officer, from March 2022-April 2024. She was elected Assemblywoman N20 Moyog in the Sabah State Legislative Assembly and served as Assistant Minister in the Ministry of Education and Innovation Sabah. For 20 years, she volunteered to contribute to indigenous communities in Malaysia in the area of ICT empowerment by designing sustainable models, implementing community-based projects and organizing appropriate trainings.
